IAHSS Maryland Chapter - Advertising Information

The Maryland Chapter of the IAHSS is proud to announce the launch of a new website scheduled to launch the begining of March 2005. If you would like to have your advertisement listed on the IAHSS homepage, please read the FAQ below to answer any questions you may have. What is Included With My Advertising? / Where will my advertising appear?

With our Premium Plan, your logo will be displayed on our Links page as a part of our online business directory. You may view and example of this here.

Our Plus Plan offers your logo to not only be located in the directory, but also on the homepage as well. and will link to a detail page on the Maryland IAHSS website. For example of this, click here

Both the Premium and Plus plans offer you a virtual storefront, or detailed advertising page. This is your own web page on the Maryland IAHSS website!

Depending on the plan you choose, your advertising will exist for 6 or 12 months and will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel. You may cancel at anytime. Regardless of which plan you choose, you will get the following on your detail page:

• listing ofproducts and services contact information
• 1 to 2 photos
• and links to emails address, website, etc.

Can I Link To My Web Page?

Yes. The detail page can include a web link and a link can also be made from your logo graphic.

If you do not have a website and are interested in one, please contact our web developer who may be able to assist you in setting one up.

How Much Will It Cost To Advertise?

Advertising on the IAHSS site depends on the plan you choose:

Premium Plan - your logo will be displayed on our Links page as a part of our online business directory. You may view and example of this here.

$250 a year

Plus Plan = your logo to not only be located in the directory, but also on the homepage as well. PLUS - you get a full detailed information page on your business on the Maryland IAHSS website. For example of this, click here

$400 a year

All plans automatically renew and you can cancel at any time. You are entitled to update your information at the end of each cycle.

How To I Advertise / What do I need to submit?

Please provide your logo in one of the following formats. If at all possible, please follow the size guidlines below. Our web developer will contact you if he needs any additional information. You are welcome to forward the following specifications to the person who develops your printed materials. They should have the proper format of the logo.

1. LOGO

Size = 180 X 85 pixels MAXIMUM width and height (if you are not sure about your size, we can resize it)

File Type = Preferred Format is .EPS (Your Printer will have this format)

Please make sure your logo is in color if you want it be in color

Alternate formats = .jpg or .gif (you may have a version of your logo in this format)

2. Website URL

If you have a website and would like to link to it, please be sure to include a website URL in your email.

3. Contact Info - address, phone number, email address, contact name

4. Description of Products and Services

This can be a bulleted list or a paragraph

5. Photos (optional, .jpg format please)

6. Welcome Paragraph or sentence describing who you are, and what your company offers in 30 words or less.

 

 

How Do I Submit Materials?

Please attach all materials in a Microsoft Word document and email the word document and photos and logo seperately and send it to webmaster@iahssmd.org
